Two vacancies have occurred in the South Ward of Freshwater for two Councillors to serve on the Parish Council.
If ten local government electors for the South Ward of the Parish of Freshwater give notice in writing on or before the 8th November 2024 to the Proper Officer that they wish for an election to be held to fill the vacancy, then a bi-election will be held.
If notice is not given as mentioned above then Freshwater Parishm Council will proceed to fill the before mentioned vacancy by co-option.
