Traffic Orders – Longhalves Lane/Copse Lane

A couple of traffic orders to be aware of.

The Isle of Wight Council (Longhalves Lane, Freshwater, Isle of Wight) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic, Pedestrians and Cyclists) Order No 1 2020
Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that for two shifts between approx. 0800 and 1600 hours, from Wednesday 27 May 2020 until Friday 29 May 2020, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along Longhalves Lane between its junctions with Bannermans Path and Collards Close Path. The alternative route will be sign posted locally. The closure is required for safety during footway and drainage works.

Island Roads on behalf of The Isle of Wight Council give notice that for one day between 0600 and 2200 hours, from Monday 1 June 2020 until Wednesday 3 June 2020, or when the works have been completed, no person shall cause any vehicle, to proceed along Copse Lane, between its junctions with Hooke Hill and Regina Road. The alternative route will be signposted locally. The closure is required for safety during carriageway repairs.
