The Parish Council budget has now been finalised. The Parish precept will increase by 3% in the next financial year.
Following the loss of the Local Area Co-Ordination service which has been such a success in the West Wight and in view of the feedback received from local residents during the Parish Consultation we have allocated some monies to help continue this work in our area through the role of ‘Community Connector’. This will allow time to look at alternative sources for future funding.
Gate Lane Toilets – the Parish is currently obtaining figures regarding refurbishment and/or major demolition and rebuilt works.
