Adult Social Care and Public Health at the Isle of Wight Council, alongside NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board, are seeking views on what future preventative support should look like. We are keen to hear from as many people as possible, including members of the public, professionals, people with lived experience, carers, and colleagues across the voluntary and community sector.

Every response will help us better understand what matters most to our communities and ensure future services continue to meet local needs.

We would be very grateful if you could complete the survey and share it through your networks to help us reach as many people as possible.
