The draft Island Planning Strategy has been agreed for public consultation by councillors, and will set the framework for many major planning decisions for years to come.
With policies that will affect the environment, housing, business, transport and more, this is one of the most important documents that shapes the way our Island will work between now and 2038.
The consultation will run from 30 July until 5pm on Friday 1 October.
